Position: Senior Structural Detailer Location: Jollibee Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City Work Set-Up and Schedule: On‑Site (Monday to Friday) and Dayshift (AU Working Hours). Position Summary: The Senior Structural Detailer will be responsible for producing accurate and high‑quality structural drawings and documentation for residential construction projects. This role will help in preparing 2D drawings, detailed CAD layouts, framing plans, and other structural documentation needs. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D structural drawings and layouts for residential construction, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian standards. Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather design requirements, structural specifications, and product details. Calculate dimensions, weigh limitations and review design requirements. Design layouts to illustrate design concepts and improvements. Identify potential operational issues and redesign to improve functionality. Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for ongoing and completed projects. Support the engineering team in preparing structural notes and schedules as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or any related field. At least 5 years of experience in structural detailing, drafting, or CAD design—preferably for residential or light‑steel/timber framing projects. Proficient in using AutoCAD for creating designs, drawing and layouts. Preferred but not required: Experience in using Tekla, Pryda and Mitel software. Strong understanding of structural design principles and residential construction methods. High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and compliant technical drawings. Excellent English Communication Skills (both verbal and written); has the ability to confidently communicate with different stakeholders and/or clients. Amenable to work on‑site in Ortigas, Pasig City. Amenable to work in Early Dayshift (7AM to 4PM). #J-18808-Ljbffr
