Lead digital engineering management, overseeing the use and integration of digital engineering platforms to enhance project delivery. Manage and coordinate modelling and drafting teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and workflow. Ensure accuracy and quality of modelling outputs through verification, coordination, and peer review processes. Utilize digital tools such as Plant 3D, Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software for effective design management and project execution. Support resource management, including scheduling, allocation, and mentoring of modelling teams. What can you bring to the team? Essential Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Digital Management or equivalent At least 5+ years in Digital Engineering Management and a working knowledge of digital engineering platforms At least +3 years Resource management and coordination of modelling and drafting team Design experience in Water Utility related projects with specific expertise in network pipeline design or treatment plant design Responsible modelling resources, outputs, verification, coordination, peer review Experience in either Plant 3D, Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD, Revit etc. Good to Have Experience in digital training and upskilling Exposure to other digital engineering initiatives or platforms Our Aurecon Attributes Our Aurecon Attributes define our way of being – they are a collection of qualities that makes us who we are.
