Responsibilities:

• Lead the group in performing forward planning activities for the project
• Prepare a master schedule and be in charge of budget estimating for the project
• Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
• Lead project supervision and staff execution; manage project performance with regard to quality, schedule, innovation, cost control, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies; maintain customer requirements and expectations
• Organize the team of technical and administrative staff
• Supervise general contractors, sub-contractors, and various trade contractors to ensure cohesive function toward project objectives
• Provide solutions to on-site concerns and make sound decisions
• Ensure materials, labor, and equipment utilization are maximized at the lowest cost
• Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at the site
• Prepare and submit reports periodically and on time
• Ensure safety and quality programs are implemented diligently
• Formulate and implement site rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
• With at least 4 years of experience in the related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas
• Solid experience in managing housing projects
• Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Location: Remote

Role: Project Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities include overseeing coordination of projects, drawing approvals, liaising between departments, and ensuring delivery of elevator solutions on time and within budget. Includes onboarding, project planning, stakeholder engagement, project execution, financial coordination, performance reporting, and team leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Kickoff calls with client
• Understand timelines and create project plans
• Manage design, development, and launch teams; ensure milestones are met

• Keep project on schedule and within budget
• Quality control ahead of client presentations; obtain client sign-off; schedule go-live; train client post-launch
