Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT, network, ISP, and system integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project activities, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect project timelines.
  • Provide clear project status updates and escalation reports to senior management.
  • Monitor recurring IT incidents and operational problems, and initiate projects to address them for long-term improvement.
  • Ensure projects follow best practices in IT service management and project governance.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing IT, network, ISP, or system integration projects, including office and IDC network build and upgrades.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt, take ownership, and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of IT operations, network infrastructure, and system deployment processes.
  • Ability to identify operational issues and drive improvement projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications
  • ITIL, PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience working in global or multi-site IT environments.
  • Prior experience with critical network projects and ISP coordination.
