Overview

A premier local bank is seeking experienced and versatile IT Project Managers to lead critical technology projects across various domains, including Core Business Delivery, CRM, and Contact Center solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of large-scale projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and successful delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the strategic objectives of the bank.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, facilitating technical issue resolution during SIT and UAT phases.
  • Scope & Requirements Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Prepare project charters and business cases, obtain funding approval, and manage project budgets.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all projects comply with IT standards, internal policies, and regulations from governing bodies (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas).
  • Deployment Oversight: Review and guide deployment activities, ensuring smooth and successful implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of solid experience in end-to-end IT project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects (e.g., >1 year, >30 people, >$5M USD).
  • Strong knowledge of various project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, PMP, Kanban, Agile, PRINCE2). Relevant certifications are a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all core project management areas: stakeholder engagement, planning, risk management, scope management, financial oversight, and vendor relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Keen attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Services, or similar technologies is an advantage.
