Overview: Trust Services Project Manager roles with housing project management and supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

• Lead planning activities for the project; prepare a master schedule; budget estimating.
• Coordinate with consultants, planning officers, and stakeholders on project design and implementation plan.
• Supervise project execution; manage quality, schedule, cost control, budget monitoring, construction planning and methodologies; ensure customer requirements are met.
• Organize technical and administrative staff; supervise general contractors, sub-contractors, and trades; ensure cohesive teamwork to achieve project objectives.
• Provide solutions to on-site concerns and ensure materials, labor, and equipment are used cost-effectively; ensure timely delivery of manpower and materials.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports; ensure safety and quality programs; formulate site rules and regulations.

Qualifications :

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia, Batangas
• Solid experience in managing housing projects
• Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
