What You'll Do
  • Project Delivery Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers, ensuring outcomes align with scope, budget, and timeline. Manage resources, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Program Support: Collaborate with Senior Project Managers or Program Managers on large strategic initiatives. Provide hands-on support in planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular status updates, executive reports, and project documentation. Monitor budgets and ensure financial KPIs are met.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure artefacts and processes comply with internal methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide support to teams where required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and contribute to tools, templates, and procedures.
  • Executive Communication: Produce high-quality reports and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work across departments and with external partners to align project activities and drive coordination.
  • Adaptability and Problem Solving: Navigate a fast-paced environment, respond to challenges, and maintain momentum. Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum of 5 years in Infrastructure project management with a proven track record.
  • Experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in IT Infrastructure initiatives (LAN/WAN, firewall upgrades, SD-WAN).
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure and customer solutions projects.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams across regions.
Education
  • Tertiary qualifications (University Degree or Diploma) in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
Professional Skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities; capable of conceptualizing and evaluating alternatives.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Ability to operate in dynamic environments and respond to challenges.
  • Strong administrative capabilities and familiarity with project lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Superior business writing and strong verbal communication.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint). Knowledgeable in SAP S4HANA and ServiceNow.
Certifications (Preferred)
  • PMI/PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies; ITIL.
Industry Experience
  • Background in ICT or telecommunications sectors; knowledge of industry-specific challenges.
