• Lead and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment, overseeing a diverse software stack throughout the entire project lifecycle, with significant exposure to data analytics, AI-first applications, and technology enablement topics.

• Maintain a clear understanding of the firm's project management governance and prepare and deliver targeted education sessions.
• Possess a growth mindset and demonstrate a quick ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

What We Expect

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Financial Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant IT project management experience, preferably in SaaS environments, with experience in deploying AI-first applications.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience in large-scale implementations and global application rollouts, including change management and training aspects.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python scripting, Excel Macros/VBA
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential and critical to everyday tasks.
• Proven track record of successfully evaluating and delivering complex IT projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, exhibiting a high degree of flexibility and a strong self-starter personality.
• Comfortable with senior management exposure, thriving in an environment with aggressive turnaround times.
