Vendor Contract Specialist | Hybrid - Ortigas Connext Global Solutions – Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Full-time • Associate • Supply Chain Role Summary The Vendor Contract Specialist is responsible for documenting, monitoring, and evaluating vendor performance to ensure compliance with company standards, service‑level agreements, and cost‑effectiveness. The role involves analyzing contracts, managing renewals, identifying risks, and supporting vendor‑related decision‑making through data‑driven insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities Build, own, and maintain the calendar of contract renewals with a 36‑month rolling horizon. Own and maintain the project and savings tracker for all work processed by the Vendor Management team. Schedule and participate in discussions with business stakeholders for upcoming contract renewals, including meetings, documentation, and feedback. Document and recommend process improvements for vendor engagements, purchasing, and vendor lifecycle management. Assist business leaders in modeling costs and options for their business cases. Support Senior Vendor Manager in software negotiations and vendor communications. Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to perform financial risk rating and due diligence checks for new and existing suppliers. Partner with IT to optimize SaaS subscriptions, licenses, and renewals using the SaaS management platform (e.g., Zluri).
