Overview

As a Client Partnership Manager, you will foster and maintain client-XP partnerships that drive growth and innovation within Athena. You will identify, nurture, and oversee Athena’s partnerships with clients, leveraging negotiation, relationship building, and strategic planning to facilitate collaborative opportunities and achieve long-term objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Client and Crisis Management: Understand clients and partnerships to intervene during emergencies and ensure coverage when unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • People and Relationship Development: Cultivate lasting relationships and align executive partner capabilities and resources with clients’ strategies.
  • Business Acumen and Strategic Planning: Determine how Athena and XP can help clients reach goals while optimizing partnership benefits.
  • Negotiation Skills: Prioritize Athena’s interests while seeking mutually beneficial outcomes for Athena and the client.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Evaluate options and make sound judgments for all parties involved.
  • Communication Skills: Foster client engagement and trust through effective communication.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts diplomatically to maintain positive relationships.
  • Leadership: Guide team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Global Experience: Navigate cultural nuances and manage partnerships across countries and time zones.
  • Operations and Client Relationship Experience: Combine operational expertise with client relationship management to optimize processes and satisfaction.
  • Performance Management and Accountability: Set goals, track metrics, and hold teams accountable for results.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Relationship Management: Build relationships with stakeholders, including EAs and clients.
  • Support and Development: Provide resources, training, and support for EAs to deliver high-quality services.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years interfacing with foreign stakeholders, preferably American
  • Coaching and Development: Strong coaching skills and dedication to professional growth
  • 2 years people handling experience in a managerial capacity
  • Excellent English communication and presentation abilities
  • Building skills and growing talent through individualized development plans
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management and employee performance management
  • Root-cause analysis (RCA) and action planning based on findings
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules
  • Proven track record in partnership management and business development
  • Negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strategic thinking with focus on market trends and collaboration opportunities
Educational and Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required
  • Master’s degree or MBA advantageous
