Your Role

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and generating financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial statements monthly.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process payroll (if applicable).
  • Maintain general ledgers and charts of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Track and manage inventory (if applicable).
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist with audits, tax filing, and liaise with external accountants.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
What You Need
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
