Your Role As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for Recording day‑to‑day financial transactions and completing the posting process. Reconciling bank, credit card, and other financial statements monthly. Processing accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner. Preparing and processing payroll (if applicable). Maintaining general ledgers and charts of accounts. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements. Tracking and managing inventory (if applicable). Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Assisting with audits, tax filing, and liaising with external accountants. Maintaining organized and accurate financial records. What You Need Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
