✦ Manage the selling and promoting of Hino trucks and buses by assessing customer needs, negotiating, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning with company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

✦ Promote and sell products to customers, offering service design, standardization, and customization.

✦ Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.

✦ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

✦ Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, and suggesting profit and service improvements.

✦ Mentor, lead, and coach all Sales Executives.

✦ Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and developing budgets considering supply and demand.

✦ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

✦ Perform routine sales prospecting activities and provide competitive market feedback.

✦ Create and manage action plans to exceed sales quotas for your territory.

✦ Prepare unit sales reports for Mancom, PUV monitoring, weekly unit sales updates, and yearly forecasts.

✦ Ensure stock inventory and back order statuses are maintained.

✦ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster patronage and generate revenue.

Qualifications

✦ A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management/Administration.

✦ At least two (2) years of related auto/heavy equipment sales supervisory experience.

✦ Knowledge of auto, trucks, and bus specifications.

✦ Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

✦ Excellent communication and written skills.

✦ Basic knowledge in designing and customizing units.

✦ Ability to create and implement a sales plan.

✦ Ability to monitor progress to meet sales goals.

✦ Persuasive, detail-oriented, and capable of making decisions.

✦ Ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

✦ Positive, confident, and determined attitude.

✦ Resilient with the ability to handle rejection.
