Relationship Manager / Sales Officer for SBM Leasing, Inc. (Cebu) As a Relationship Manager / Sales Officer for SBM Leasing (Cebu), you will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities from lead generation and handover from the distributor to closing within the target market. You will develop and implement with the Sales Team Head marketing plan and work with the Sales Team to deliver customer satisfaction and revenues that will achieve the business plan. You shall ensure that the desired profitability is achieved vis‑à‑vis the risk profile of the account. How You'll Contribute Develop annual business, sales, or marketing plan in conjunction with the Sales Team Head, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales quota and raising brand awareness of the Company. Recommend sales‑related activities that will generate more bookings and raise brand awareness. Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale, resulting in taking market share from competitors. Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients about various solutions the company offers to their business issues, including financing from SBC. Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face‑to‑face cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking. Create and conduct effective proposal presentations. Prepare a Credit Proposal that reflects the Company’s requirements and justifies the credit structure, presenting clear, accurate, and detailed information about the account’s operations, management, and financials, defining risks and mitigation factors. Work with the Financial Analyst Team for the completion of the Credit Proposal. Maximize earning potentials and business growth from existing accounts through effective relationship management, account planning, profitability, and risk management tools. Keep updated with Credit Policy revisions/enhancements to ensure compliance with the Company’s/parent bank’s credit policies and other governing policies. Benchmark and network with other Sales Officers/Relationship Managers, including those in the parent bank and its subsidiaries, to gather vital information about the account and industry practices. Together with the Sales Team Head, Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst Head, present and justify account for approval by the proper approving authority/body. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of experience in Sales handling SME, Commercial, and/or Corporate Accounts. Good knowledge of credit structuring, policies, transactional procedures, and product features; knowledge of regulatory aspects of lending and banking and legal documentation. Good interpersonal, marketing, and analytical skills; needs analysis and solution‑matching skills. Outgoing and passionate about customer service and collaboration with product and operational partners; able to interact with senior leaders internally or externally intelligently; aggressive in seeking opportunities to expand client relationships.
