About the role We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team at Prime Technology Specialists Inc. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse workforce based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. Your expertise in payroll management will be crucial in ensuring our employees are paid correctly and on time, while also maintaining compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. What you'll be doing Calculating and processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including regular and overtime pay, bonuses, deductions, and benefits Preparing and filing all necessary payroll tax documents and remittances Maintaining accurate employee payroll records and corresponding documentation Resolving any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees in a timely and professional manner Staying up-to-date with changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and best practices in payroll management Collaborating with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR data Providing payroll reports and analytics to support business decision-making What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll officer or similar role, preferably in the technology industry Excellent knowledge of payroll processing, tax laws, and labour regulations in the Philippines Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in using payroll software and HR information systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively liaise with employees and stakeholders Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY What we offer At Prime Technology Specialists Inc., we believe in cultivating a work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and work-life balance.
