Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Resolve customer account discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Deliver outstanding service to clients and collaborate with internal teams to optimize cash flow
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, collections techniques, and billing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations and negotiate payment terms effectively
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve account issues
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with collections software or ERP systems
- Knowledge of credit and collections laws and regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
