As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, and resolving customer account discrepancies. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations while delivering outstanding service to our clients.
What You'll Bring- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, collections techniques, and billing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations and negotiate payment terms effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve account issues.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with collections software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of credit and collections laws and regulations is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
