Sales Executive – B2B Ninja Van is a tech‑enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle‑free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. About the Unit The Restock Operations Unit supports Ninja Restock, our new B2B service that enables brands and businesses to distribute supplies seamlessly to their locations and branches. Job Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the secondary point of contact for assigned clients when needed, supporting their Partner Account Managers. Conduct regular check‑ins with Restock Account Managers to understand evolving client needs, preferences, and challenges, and provide support to Restock clients. Issue Resolution and Escalation Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Investigate client complaints or concerns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Account Maintenance and Growth Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service agreements using CRM software. Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to support requests from Restock clients and improve processes for Ninja Van as a whole. Main Duties Facilitate effective communication lines between sales, operations, and shipper teams. Ensure timely onboarding processes for new clients. Monitor Restock Operations performance and conduct business reviews with clients to maintain business engagement. Deliver committed outputs in partnership with Account Managers. Analyze trends and drivers of department performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Provide necessary information or reports to clients. Verify billing accuracy. Monitor payment posting. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
