Authenticity Curiosity Integrity Teamwork Customer Inspired About the role This role requires a hands-on, data-driven individual who can drive targeted online traffic and has knowledge of SEO best practices on- and off-page to create new sales leads and generate brand awareness aligned to strategic business objectives. You will support digital marketing campaigns across EMEA and APAC in partnership with our field marketing team, with primary responsibility for search engine optimization for our portfolio of international websites. The position of SEO & Digital Content Manager reports to the Head of International Marketing and is a remote role based in the Philippines. You will be hired as our digital marketing expert and will be given autonomy to lead SEO programs, so technical know-how combined with a can-do mindset is a must. Communication skills are vital, as you will partner with marketing colleagues around the world, work closely with client-facing teams and other departments, and collaborate with external agencies. We welcome experience from either a B2B or B2C background, provided you have the right skillset and a demonstrated passion for digital marketing. Responsibilities Follow Google’s latest algorithms and create competitive SEO performance strategies to stay ahead of the competition Generate competitive topics and copy that align with SEO goals and company strategies Produce SEO-optimised web content such as blog posts, using the CMS to update content directly Focus on optimising website traffic, user journeys and calls to action online Collaborate with the Senior SEO Manager in the US to optimise site traffic and stay up to date on best practices Establish and maintain online profiles on key partner sites to support quality backlinks Partner with Marketing Operations to create and optimise website landing pages Report on SEO and website performance and propose actions for improvements Work with regional and vertical leaders to translate business goals into targeted SEO programs Qualifications and Skills Credentials: Degree in marketing, communications, or related field Experience: 1+ year of relevant marketing experience Passion for SEO and digital marketing with a drive to stay up to date with best practices Competency with relevant SEO and reporting tools Familiarity with marketing tech tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce is desirable Project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven copywriting ability Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday Remote work setup United States Equal Opportunity Employment: First Advantage is proud to be a global leader in removing barriers and supporting our community members to ensure the changing demographics of the workforce are reflected in our hiring and employment practices.
