Your roles and responsibilities:

  • Report SEO progress, wins, opportunities, and issues to the SEO Manager.
  • Optimise on-page elements, including schema markup, site architecture, indexability, and metadata (titles, descriptions, alt tags, heading structures, content).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
  • Develop SEO content outlines for money pages and collaborate with the content team on topic ideation.
  • Track and analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SEOMonitor.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with the off-page SEO team on link-building initiatives.
  • Work closely with developers on site improvements, including Core Web Vitals, page speed, and crawl errors.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with AI Optimisation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA, GSC, SEOMonitor).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Organised, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
