Prepares and reviews payrolls, benefits, and incentives; ensures accuracy and compliance with compensation rules; coordinates with Budget and Accounting for payroll processing. Maintains and updates 201 files and personnel databases; ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of employment records; issues service records and certifications. Coordinates and documents training and learning activities; monitors attendance and compliance; maintains training records and prepares related reports. Handles office communications, document routing, filing, and logistics; provides clerical and frontline support to facilitate smooth HR operations. Minimum Qualifications Training: 4 hours of relevant training. Experience: 1 year of relevant experience. Career Service (Professional) – Second Level Eligibility. Item No. 15, 20, 32, 39, 68. This includes overseeing the creation, storage, updating, retrieval, and proper disposal of employee records, ensuring compliance with the University policies and relevant data protection regulations. The HR Officer also supports the development and implementation of an efficient records management framework, manages day‑to‑day operations related to HR data, and generates various reports for both internal and external stakeholders. HR Officer for Compensation Under the supervision of the Compensation Head, the Compensation Officer is responsible for the administration of compensation‑related matters, preparation of compensation data, and management of the payroll concerns and requirements of assigned accounts. The position also assists in the review of documents related to the processing of professional fees. Assistant Human Resource Manager Main Area of Responsibility: The Assistant Manager for Human Resources is a key leadership role responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day HR operations and supporting the HR Manager in the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
