Supports the Commercial Services processes in order to provide renewable energy (RE) solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential customers; performs operational tactics and programs / initiatives aligned with and fully supportive of the Company’s thrusts and objectives in the following key functional areas: Sales and Customer Assistance Manages receipt and processing of service application and requirements Ensures the completion of project design and execution Provides support in project closure and operation & maintenance activities Credit Management: Processes and monitors billing and collection from customers to Handles, facilitates and/or resolves customer inquiries, requests and complaints Conducts initial evaluation and feasibility assessment of financial model for specific customer requirements Relationship Management Ensures contract agreements and sign offs Identifies, builds and maintains deep/meaningful relationships, and crafts strategic partnerships with customers Customer Contract Management Negotiates credit line with customers Develops and maintains service level agreement and contracts with customers Manages and ensures compliance monitoring of service delivery to customers Technical Competencies Knowledgeable on strategic selling and relationship management Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills Knowledgeable on basic cost accounting principles such as Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period Analysis, among others Possesses satisfactory Negotiation Skills Qualified and fit to drive long distances Knowledgeable on EPIRA and RCOA rules Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Services for Renewable Energy Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MSpectrum Inc by 2x Get notified about new Sales Executive jobs in Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
