Overview

Responsible for conducting informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel, including all Trainers. A great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. He/she must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.

Responsibilities
  • Create, organize, plan, and deliver various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees
  • Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
  • Conduct TNA for BAU Refreshers
  • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
  • Conduct coaching and feedback for teams assigned on the floor
  • Conduct Train the Trainer Programs for new trainers / capability upliftment trainings for existing trainers
  • Ensure governance and compliance to internal and external standards
  • Drive Training efficiency and effectiveness for the Account, through the Training Metrics
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team supporting the Account
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a trainer (process and communications) within BPO industry environment
  • With 1-2 years of experience supervising a team of trainers
  • Experience in General Insurance / Property & Casualty Insurance, preferably claims, sales or customer service within BPO industry Environment
  • Must be willing to work onsite in either of our Bridgetowne or Alabang sites
