The Training & Development Officer will be responsible for the following:
- Assist the Human Resource Manager (Luzon) in planning and implementing RLB Training and Development Programs
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop a yearly Training Program based on employee issues and concerns
- Prepare materials (handouts, certificates of attendance, training support materials), book venues/equipment, arrange meals/snacks, and facilitate trainings as scheduled
- Distribute pre-course information to training participants
- Maintain up-to-date data on training providers/suppliers
- Distribute course training evaluation questionnaires, compile results, and provide analysis and recommendations
- Assist the HR Manager in measuring Training Effectiveness and monitor compliance of Training Evaluation among participants
- Record staff training attendance and update individual training histories
- Conduct Company Rules and Regulations orientation and facilitate other orientations for newly hired employees
- Introduce new employees to the organization and ensure proper onboarding
- Maintain monthly updates of birthday and anniversary calendars
- Organize corporate team-building activities and company events
- Plan and implement activities to meet Corporate Social Responsibility objectives
- Assist the HR Manager (VisMin) with adoption of Training Programs in Cebu and Davao offices
- Monitor Performance Evaluation for Probationary and Regular/Project Employees
- Generate periodic training reports and conduct Exit interviews, providing attrition data
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary : Up to Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule : Monday to Friday

Job DescriptionThe HR Officer(s) will be exposed to different facets of HR such as: Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Performance Management / Total Rewards, and Organizational Development.
I. Employee Engagement
- Plans, organizes and executes corporate activities and engagements — annual events, quarterly town halls, teambuilding, office engagement activities, cultural change, CSR initiatives
- Designs and recommends programs to maximize employee development, engagement and satisfaction
- Facilitates and applies social media practices to corporate culture and internal engagement projects
- Acts as point person for employee internal communications in coordination with Departments
II. Learning and Development
- Recommends, designs, develops, and implements learning programs covering onboarding, career development, succession planning, and leadership development
- Conducts training needs assessments, maintains expertise, researches trends
- Maintains records of development outcomes and reports
- Facilitates trainings and coordinates scheduling, logistics, and vendor relations
- Evaluates effectiveness and ensures budget alignment
III. Performance Management / Total Rewards
- Executes performance management including appraisal systems
- Records performance-related documentation and ensures compliance
- Assesses needs with organizational climate surveys
- Participates in salary market surveys
- Designs communication strategies for rewards and performance management
- Contributes to policy development in rewards, recognition, and coaching
IV. Organizational Development
- Plans and leads development programs for employees
- Analyzes operations to identify developmental needs
- Supports organizational restructuring to increase efficiency and aligns activities with objectives
- Reviews interventions’ impact on retention and satisfaction; reports to HR Head
- Documents processes and presents progress
- Assists in annual department planning and budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or related
- Minimum 3 years in HR with focus on Employee Engagement, L&D and OD
- Familiarity with project management and performance management
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
