- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, HRIS, Recruiting, Payroll processing, and People Management.

- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
