  • In charge of top-line plans, goal-setting, and overall strategy for marketing campaigns
  • Recalibrate campaigns and/or innovate entirely new campaign concepts based on project performance and all available data
  • Create reports for upper management
  • Lead team members to perform well, following company standard and values at all times
  • Drives continual optimisation of their marketing function and the team
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple business teams such as Budget & Planning, Business Development, Operations, Product Management
Job Description

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in communications/marketing is preferred
  • At least 8 years of work experience with people management experience
  • Prior experience in fintech and/or e-commerce marketing or campaigns will be a bonus
  • Strong grasp of numbers, ability to derive insights and sound recommendations from data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team player
  • Displays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
