  • Understand the Bank’s business direction, design complementary marketing efforts, and execute data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adapt to direction
  • Supervise marketing associates (Campaign managers and graphic designers)
  • Review campaign designs, communications, and output to ensure quality of material and appropriateness for audience
Job Description
  • Understand the Bank’s business direction, design complementary marketing efforts, and execute data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adapt to direction
  • Supervise marketing associates (Campaign managers and graphic designers)
  • Review campaign designs, communications, and output to ensure quality of material and appropriateness for audience
Requirements
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or other business-related or quantitative courses
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, program management, and results monitoring
  • Thorough understanding of banking, financial services, and fintech
  • Excellent skills in desk research, focus group discussions, and social media analysis
  • Experience in data analysis using MS Excel, Google Sheets, R, or Python
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, and training junior team members
  • Proficient in English and Filipino verbal and written communication skills
  • Has excellent attention to detail, and high perceptiveness
