Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maintain financial health. Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and clients. Lead, motivate, and mentor department managers and staff to ensure productivity and high morale. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost brand visibility and sales. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or any related field. At least5–8 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry (dealership, OEM, or aftermarket). Proven experience in managing sales, service operations, or parts distribution. Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and best practices. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Strong analytical and financial management abilities.
