Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Lead the clinical sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and growth. Implement cost‑effective measures without compromising on quality or service. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and standards. Maintain high standards of quality assurance and control. Oversee risk management and implement corrective actions as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience in startup companies. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within theclinical or healthcare sales industry . Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance. Ability to travel as required. Must have skills in solving problems independently.
