The position is fully remote and follows the 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Vancouver time schedule (Pacific Standard Time), including a one‑hour unpaid break (or flexible equivalent). The role reports to the hiring manager and collaborates with the Safety department to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Hourly Rate: Equivalent to $4.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency. Work Arrangement: Work from home (independent contractor; employee responsible for own computer, internet, benefits, and taxes). Responsibilities Review candidate platforms and schedule online and in‑person interviews. Organize candidate resumes and interview notes. Participate in interviews and take notes, as requested by hiring managers. Maintain health & safety and records. Collect data and prepare health & safety reports. Requirements Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to respond quickly in a dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Minimum two years of experience in recruitment or a similar administrative role. Proficiency in reviewing hiring platforms and scheduling tools. Immediate hiring. Permanent work from home.
