Minimum Qualifications: Support the end-to-end process of creating innovative dessert offerings, from conceptualization and flavor profiling to kitchen testing and refinement. Support menu pricing analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness. Work with the Culinary Operations Head to introduce new culinary solutions and menu enhancements across outlets or client accounts. Develop clear recipe guidelines, preparation methods, and plating standards to guarantee consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Partner with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless adoption of new dessert items, including providing training and troubleshooting support.
