Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
- Cook and grill menu items to order, ensuring that each dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor cooking temperatures, follow food safety guidelines, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and restocking ingredients as needed to ensure freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and chefs to coordinate meal service and expedite orders during peak hours.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and appliances, reporting any maintenance issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Uphold a positive and cooperative work environment, communicating effectively with team members and supporting each other as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for food.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
