About The Role Due to our rapid growth and success, we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives. This individual will focus on identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Review all brands that start the sign up process & their profile
- Welcome intro on the phone to all new clients, answering any questions they want support with, handling objections, and clarifying value proposition
- Understand client's needs and manage expectations, while educating brands on our product
- Qualify which plan would be most appropriate for the brand / most cost effective
- Set expectations as to best practice & what the brand will need to do to maximise Tracking, Content, Promotion & Commission
- Salesforce Admin - keep records up to date and set up communication flows
- Provide feedback to internal business on common insights/objections (e.g., why clients sign up, install, or uninstall)
- Working hours - 4pm start to 1am Philippines time; some flexibility may be available
Requirements
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability and experience to meet or exceed targets
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Benefits Benefits are in line with all standard benefits associated with individuals who have the right to work in the Philippines. The benefits will be confirmed by an Employer of Record (EOR), and this role will be employed via that EOR. This is a fully remote role, however there is a 3 month training period which will be on site at our Manila office.
