• Maintain High Standards : Ensure that safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices are consistently followed across all products and services in the crypto and blockchain sectors.
• Test & Troubleshoot : Conduct thorough tests to identify and resolve any issues within our cryptocurrency solutions, DeFi platforms , and NFT offerings, ensuring they meet both internal and external requirements.
• Audit & Reporting : Document quality assurance activities, create comprehensive audit reports, and communicate findings to superiors and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Continuous Improvement : Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving quality standards and processes within our blockchain development teams, ensuring our products remain innovative and ahead of the curve.
• Training & Development : Develop training materials and operating manuals to support the ongoing development of team members and to enhance the overall quality assurance processes.

• Proven experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role, particularly within the cryptocurrency , blockchain , or Web3 spaces.
• Strong working knowledge of quality assurance tools , methodologies, and concepts relevant to smart contracts , Ethereum , and DeFi platforms .
• Solid understanding of regulatory standards and how they impact the crypto industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills, with a keen attention to detail in identifying and resolving issues.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Senior QA Engineer , with a focus on blockchain technology , cryptocurrency , or related fields.
