Responsibilities: Maintain High Standards : Ensure that safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices are consistently followed across all products and services in the crypto and blockchain sectors. Test & Troubleshoot : Conduct thorough tests to identify and resolve any issues within our cryptocurrency solutions, DeFi platforms , and NFT offerings, ensuring they meet both internal and external requirements. Audit & Reporting : Document quality assurance activities, create comprehensive audit reports, and communicate findings to superiors and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals. Continuous Improvement : Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving quality standards and processes within our blockchain development teams, ensuring our products remain innovative and ahead of the curve. Training & Development : Develop training materials and operating manuals to support the ongoing development of team members and to enhance the overall quality assurance processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role, particularly within the cryptocurrency , blockchain , or Web3 spaces. Strong working knowledge of quality assurance tools , methodologies, and concepts relevant to smart contracts , Ethereum , and DeFi platforms . Solid understanding of regulatory standards and how they impact the crypto industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with teams, leadership, and external partners. Strong data collection and analysis skills, with a keen attention to detail in identifying and resolving issues. Relevant training and/or certifications as a Senior QA Engineer , with a focus on blockchain technology , cryptocurrency , or related fields.
