Responsibilities
  • Gather and generate periodic performance data for analysis and reporting
  • Collect attendance data and prepare monthly attendance reports
  • Update and maintain attendance and performance databases to ensure accuracy
  • Generate and manage attendance reports using the timekeeping system
  • Compile and organize evaluation data for performance assessments
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any four-year course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, data analytics, or a related role
  • Experience with timekeeping systems and performance evaluation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
