The Role Would you like to be a vital part of a team that drives consistent quality, compliance and governance? Then we would like to talk to you The Specialist - Quality Assurance will be responsible for driving consistent quality, compliance, and governance across the Business Assurance and Operations processes and outputs. This role supports the organization by establishing clear documentation of quality standards, aligning with data governance frameworks, and conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance requirements. Key Accountabilities Delivering on Quality Standards - operationalizing the established quality standards, ensuring the implementation and integration of these within the Business Assurance and Operations processes and outputs Compliance and Audits - conducting regular compliance checks across the teams, implementing data governance principles and ensuring the data is accurate, complete, and consistent by spot checking cases to verify Data Monitoring – monitoring data processes and metrics to identify issues or anomalies and generate reports to communicate findings, investigating the root cause of data errors or anomalies and collaborating with the relevant team to resolve these issues. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) – share knowledge around quality assurance and data governance best practices, answering questions from internal stakeholders efficiently and accurately Training and Guidance – support with training and guidance to the relevant team members on quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of quality throughout the function Skills & Experience Experience in quality assurance or business assurance Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy Why AMS?
