As an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant, you will join NRI's Oracle practice, reporting to the Oracle ERP Solutions Lead. You will be a member of NRI’s Oracle delivery team, contributing to various projects delivering Oracle ERP Cloud services to clients. Collaborate with a talented, experienced team on challenging and rewarding projects.

Opportunities include developing new skills, engaging in Oracle Learning & Development (L&D) programs, and obtaining Oracle certifications. Share your knowledge and contribute to the growth of NRI’s Oracle team.

The Opportunity
  • Participate in Oracle ERP Cloud projects to design, build, and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions, helping clients realize business value.
  • Elicit business process requirements through workshops and effective engagement techniques with customer stakeholders.
  • Design and implement enhanced business systems by identifying needs, setting priorities, and applying best-practice methodologies.
  • Prepare documentation throughout the project lifecycle to meet governance and design standards.
Desired Experience
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects, with expertise in modules such as GL, AP, AR, Projects, and Expenses.
  • Experience with Revenue Management, Oracle Procurement, and Supply Chain is desirable but not mandatory.
  • At least one Oracle Fusion Cloud certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion applications, creating innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Proven track record as a Function Consultant in at least one successful Oracle Fusion implementation.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing and designing complex business processes to improve performance through innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for workshops, deliverables, and presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment with distributed teams, including onshore and offshore.
