Overview

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-level Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient ERP implementations across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain modules.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical design, architecture, and development for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Deliver complex integrations using OIC, SOA Suite, REST/SOAP, JMS, and file-based methods.
  • Develop high-performance PL/SQL code, data migrations, and customizations via PaaS, Visual Builder, HCM Extracts, and FBDI.
  • Build advanced reporting solutions with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with project managers on technical deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years Oracle ERP development experience, including 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Expertise in Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM modules.
  • Strong skills in integrations, PL/SQL, reporting, and DevOps tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle certifications and experience in global ERP rollouts are a plus.
