As an Oracle ERP / Purchasing Functional Consultant, you will join NRI's Oracle practice, reporting to the Oracle ERP Solutions Lead. You will be a member of NRI’s Oracle delivery team, contributing to various projects where we deliver Oracle ERP / Purchasing Cloud services to our customers. Collaborate with a talented, experienced team on challenging and rewarding projects.

You will have opportunities to develop new skills, engage in Oracle Learning & Development (L&D) programs, and obtain Oracle certifications. Within NRI’s Oracle team, you can share your knowledge and contribute to the development of our capability.

The Opportunity

• Participate on Oracle ERP / Purchasing Cloud projects for customers to design, build, and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions, and work with customers to realise business value.
• Elicit business process requirements using a variety of effective engagement techniques and by participation in workshops with customer stakeholders to clarify business issues and create solutions.
• Design and implement enhanced business systems by accurately identifying business needs, setting priorities, and employing contemporary best-practice methodologies and processes.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation throughout the program lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements.

Desired Experience

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects, with expertise in Oracle Purchasing.
• Any experience of other Oracle ERP modules such as GL, AP, AR, Projects is desirable.
• At least one Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications is mandatory.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion applications, with the ability to create and implement innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
• Experience of operating as a Function Consultant at least one successful Oracle Fusion implementation project.
• Extensive experience in managing the review, analysis, and design of complex business processes and services for customers in various industries, demonstrating the ability to improve business performance through innovative business analysis solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to participate in workshops and produce high quality deliverables and presentations.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in an Agile environment, with experience working with distributed teams, including onshore and offshore models.
