Overview

As an Oracle Data Migration Consultant, you will join NRI's Oracle practice, reporting to the Oracle ERP Solutions Lead. You will be a member of NRI's Oracle delivery team, contributing to projects where we deliver Oracle ERP services to our customers. Collaborate with a talented, experienced team on challenging and rewarding projects. You will have opportunities to develop new skills, engage in Oracle Learning & Development (L&D) programs, and obtain Oracle certifications. Within NRI's Oracle team, you can share your knowledge and contribute to the development of our capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects by designing, building, and delivering data migration solutions that enable customers to realise business value.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to gather and clarify business process requirements through workshops and other facilitation techniques.
  • Design and implement enhanced business systems by identifying requirements, setting priorities, and applying best-practice methodologies.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle to support governance and design processes.
Desired Experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects , with a focus on data migration .
  • Proven experience designing and delivering data migration solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Strong hands-on experience using Oracle Fusion FBDI templates for data loading.
  • Solid experience with data reconciliation between Oracle Fusion and source systems.
  • Experience operating as a Data Migration Consultant on at least one successful Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP project.
  • At least one Oracle Fusion Cloud certification (mandatory).
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Projects (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Oracle PaaS solutions (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and produce high-quality deliverables and presentations.
  • Experience working effectively in Agile project environments and with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
