Responsibilities Monitor monthly forecast, inventory, both in‑market and to‑market sales Provide regular status reports to the Commercial organization and conduct quarterly business reviews with the Dx partners Create a strategic plan to achieve annual target and business growth Act as a liaison for internal and external communication between ICU and Dx markets to ensure a positive relationship and partnership Collaborate with enabling functions Execute marketing implementation, trainings and customer engagements together with the Dx partners Abide by and perform to the best of his/her abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities as assigned by ICU Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by ICU through its authorized representatives Shall not disclose any Confidential Information in respect of the affairs of ICU to any unauthorized person Perform any other administrative or non‑administrative duties as assigned by any representative of ICU from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Previous sales experience with strong clinical background preferable in nursing or infusion applications Has the skill set to communicate, negotiate, push and drive customers and distribution partners Is results oriented Education and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Must have the legal right to work in the Philippines Travel Requirements Typically requires less than 35% travel in role Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Business Development Industries Medical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
