Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
The incumbent will lead end-to-end management of business initiatives in Southeast Asia with dCommerce customers, responsible for achieving topline and bottomline growth. The role requires mastery of complex business processes, commercial acumen, and strategic marketing thinking.
Main Accountabilities- Sustainable Customer Growth
- Responsible for top-line growth for the dComm accounts by developing and implementing strategies.
- Build long-lasting strategic relationships with customers.
- Manage promo investment with the customer ensuring timely finance accruals.
- Provide clear objectives and deliverables for partners.
- Provide timely feedback on plans for optimal execution.
- Performance Marketing
- Strategize and execute performance marketing strategies.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Execution Rigor
- Build processes for efficiency in execution.
- Manage promo & media investments.
- Ensure speed to market for new product launches.
- Track PO status for timely fulfillment.
- Evaluate efficiency of promotional investments.
- Working with Collaborative Teams
- Negotiate strategically with stakeholders.
- Lead execution of internal administrative processes.

- 3+ years of business experience, preferably in dComm.
- Experience in Customer Marketing/Shopper Marketing and FMCG dCommerce.
- Experience in Brand Building.
- Budgeting & Planning skills.
- Ability to operate cross-nationally.
- Good communication skills and strong partnership abilities.
- Ability to see the big picture and dive into details.
- Deep consumer empathy and inquisitiveness.
- Ability to challenge the status quo.
- Focus on continuous learning.
