Join Potato Corner as a Business Development Officer in Visayas to assess and acquire prime sites for store expansion. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assess trade area’s readiness for Potato Corner stores. Identify best sites in each trade area. Prepare site reports, including financials and sales forecasts, and present for approval. Acquire sites for Potato Corner, negotiating for the best rent and lease terms. Facilitate preparation and approval of lease contracts. Prepare necessary documents to prompt store design, construction, and payment of deposits. Perform other tasks related to real estate, site assessment, and acquisition. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s/College Degree in business. Basic experience in Real Estate – site assessment, site acquisition, contracts of lease, and negotiation. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work independently. Willingness to go on fieldwork. Preferably holds an active driver’s license.
