We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team on transformation programs that modernize operations and drive innovation across our customers' entire IT estate, leveraging the latest technologies in cloud, applications, security, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and modern workplace. Responsibilities Manage deliverables, technical problems, and accountabilities on large programs while collaborating as part of a team. Understand business processes, pain points, and customer experience to deliver MuleSoft‑based technical solutions. Author solution design documents and provide input to solution architecture. Set up CI/CD on projects. Achieve and apply relevant MuleSoft certifications to business problems. Uphold and maintain DXC Practice technical delivery processes and contribute to them. Collaborate with peers, coach, and contribute to the Architect Academy. Create reusable assets that can be leveraged on other projects. Peer‑review technical solutions and provide constructive feedback. Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with DXC Practice methodology and standards. Maintain transparent communication with clients and leads, organizing department meetings, one‑on‑one meetings, and appropriate email communications. Mandatory Skills Bachelor’s degree or higher. At least 10 years of experience with MuleSoft. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Good understanding of integration patterns, clean code, architecture, and fault‑tolerant design. Ability to produce quality design documentation such as System Integration Specifications. Ability to work independently with a strong troubleshooting mindset. Experience designing, building, and supporting integration solutions with MuleSoft and Solace. Develop and deliver code and configuration to the highest quality, following standards and processes.
