Job Description - Operations Manager & Senior Operations Manager About the Role As an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager at Fusion CX Philippines, you will oversee business-critical functions that support large-scale sales operations for a global telecommunications campaign. You will guide teams, streamline workflows, improve KPIs, and champion a high-performance, people-first culture. This is an exciting leadership role for seasoned professionals ready to make their mark in a dynamic, digital-first environment. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with broader strategic and business objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team focused on delivering results. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including sales, customer support, and technical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure full compliance with industry standards and internal operational policies, particularly within a telecom-aligned environment.
