Talent Acquisition Supervisor
, you'll play a vital role in shaping our workforce — finding, engaging, and inspiring the right talents who will help us grow and serve communities across the country.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for operations roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring across sites.
  • Coach and develop recruiters to deliver excellence in talent acquisition.
  • Use data and insights to optimize recruitment strategies and performance.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company values.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in operations or volume hiring.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with genuine passion for people and talent development.
