Overview As the Head of Recruitment, you'll be the mastermind behind building our dream team at Adaca. Your mission? To hunt down the best tech talent out there and bring them on board to fuel our projects and growth. Leading our recruitment team, you'll be the driving force behind our strategy, making sure we're not only finding talent, but keeping them too. The Head of Recruitment will be tasked with managing a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success and professional growth. Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement the organization\'s recruitment strategy, aligning it with business objectives and workforce planning. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring their professional development and high performance. Talent Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and implement various sourcing strategies, including but not limited to job boards, social media, employee referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions. Candidate Screening: Oversee the candidate screening process, ensuring that candidates are thoroughly assessed for skills, experience, and cultural fit. Selection Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and assessment methods. Ensure a structured and efficient selection process. Employer Branding: Promote the organization\'s employer brand to attract and engage top talent. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors. Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness. Regularly report on recruitment activities and outcomes to leadership. Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Diversity and Inclusion: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to foster a diverse workforce. Technology and Tools: Evaluate and implement recruiting technology and tools to streamline processes and improve the candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). Demonstrated expertise in recruitment with a minimum of 5 years experience. At least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience in recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for continuous improvement. Strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
