About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Billing Manager to oversee and improve global billing operations across our Recruitment, SaaS, and EOR business lines. You’ll ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in billing processes while driving automation and delivering excellent client service. This is a fully remote role , ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience managing complex billing cycles in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end billing for Recruitment, SaaS, and EOR services Ensure invoices are accurate and issued on time in line with contracts and deliverables Reconcile payroll and billing data and resolve discrepancies Oversee payment collections and maintain strong client relationships Prepare monthly billing and revenue reports with data-driven insights Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Technology teams to improve billing automation Lead and mentor the billing team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) Minimum 5 years’ experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounting Strong background in recurring or usage-based billing, ideally in SaaS or HR tech Hands‑on experience with Chargebee (required) Familiarity with NetSuite, Xero, or QuickBooks Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and reconciliations Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in resolving issues Comfortable working with global, remote teams across multiple time zones Nice to Have Experience leading or supervising a billing team Knowledge of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, MRR, deferred revenue) Experience with Stripe, NetSuite, or Salesforce integrations Understanding of EOR or global payroll billing models What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and location Performance‑based incentives 100% remote work flexibility Comprehensive global health coverage (up to USD $500,000 annually) Learning and development opportunities Collaborative, innovative, and supportive culture Hiring Process Initial interview with Anna , our AI Recruiter (available 24/7) Interview with Finance Leadership Interview with Senior Leadership Final decision and feedback within 5 business days Apply Now At Outstaffer, we’re simplifying global work through technology, compliance, and great people.If you’re passionate about billing excellence and automation, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
