Build Relationship : Responsible in building and sustaining a good relationship with our medical providers for a long-lasting partnership and ensures that facility agreement is properly implemented. Negotiate : Ensure cost efficient medical services of the new and existing medical partners and contributes to the company’s objective of increasing revenue. Handling Concerns & Requests : Enhanced Customer Service Experience of our internal and external customers. Validate : Ensures that the accurate medical information is obtained and validated. Job Qualifications College Graduate Preferably with work experience in an HMO or hospital setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good Interpersonal Skills. Computer Literate.
