Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Pollution Control Officer (PCO) to join our Feedmill operations. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, proper waste management, and the effective operation of pollution control facilities.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or any related field
  • Must be a certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and have completed Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in environmental management or a related role
  • In-depth knowledge of pollution control laws, waste management, and DENR compliance standards
  • Strong monitoring, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain liaison with city, provincial, municipal, or local pollution control authorities
  • Supervise and ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the plant's pollution control facilities
  • Conduct regular monitoring and prepare government-required reports such as Self-Monitoring Reports (SMR) and Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMR)
  • Implement waste management and disposal practices in line with DENR compliance standards
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and regulatory changes related to pollution prevention, control, and abatement
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental laws, policies, and government-mandated requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections
